Ingredients for 6 servings
Chicken fillet 500 g
Broccoli 200 g
Ground bran 2 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 pc.
Soft low-fat cottage cheese (up to 5%) 3 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper 1 pinch
Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, add the bran and mix thoroughly.
Add egg, cottage cheese, spices to the mass and mix again until a homogeneous consistency.
Pass broccoli through a meat grinder and add to minced meat.
Divide the mixture into muffin tins.
Put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
When serving, muffins can be poured with natural yogurt or low-fat sour cream, sprinkled with fresh or dried herbs.
