Chicken, pineapple and Chinese cabbage salad
I want to offer you a simple and tasty salad on the New Year's table. The longest part of the cooking process is cooking the chicken. I usually use the one you go for first course broth. The rest is a matter of 5 minutes.

Ingredients for 6 servings
Chicken fillet 250 g
Canned pineapple ½ can
Chinese cabbage 250 g
Cheese 150 g
Chicken egg 4 pcs.
Yoghurt 150 ml
Boil the breast fillet and cut into small cubes. Add finely chopped eggs to it.
Cheese cut into cubes.
Pineapple is best taken not in rings, but already in pieces. Drain the syrup and add them to the salad bowl
Peking cabbage cut into strips.
Mix all the ingredients, salt and season with yogurt.
