Pickle "Lick your fingers"
Ingredients:
- 300 gr beef
- 3 potato tubers
- 150 gr pearl barley
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- 1 bunch of greens
- vegetable oil for frying
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
Preparation:
1. Potatoes, carrots, onions, peel, wash and cut into small cubes. Peel and chop pickled cucumbers.
2. Sort the pearl barley, rinse, boil until half cooked. Boil beef broth, add potatoes, bring to a boil, put pearl barley, cook over low heat for 7-8 minutes.
3. Fry carrots, onions and chopped greens in vegetable oil, put in a pickle.
4. 5 minutes before the end of cooking put pickles, add salt and pepper. Before serving, season the pickle with sour cream and garnish with a sprig of herbs.
